My namke is Nalani Weaver and I have written to Rachel some time ago concerning the 4-H Cooking Club at Fort Greely Alaska. All of my teens just love her so much and would like to have her cook books to express their love of food to their fiends and family. The have worked so hard to learn different dishes to the point in recording her televised shows to prepare a lucnh or dinner for all members. I think it would be great for us to recieve a few of her books, so that the teens can try out some of their favorite dish.
