Apparently there is still a 0.50 cent download charge. This is normally in addition to the cost of the ringtones. Bah on Rogers.

omg this website says free ringtones how is it FREE when you have to PAY 75 cents to get a ringtone and right above the ringtone it say FREE god if its FREE you shouldnt have to PAY a cent!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
