HOW TO REDEEM. To redeem your free 7-day trial subscription ("Trial") to Match.com you must be 18 years old at the time of redemption and you must complete the registration, personal profile, and subscription forms. As part of the enrollment process for the Trial, you will be required to submit a valid, current credit card. If you do not cancel your subscription during the trial period, you will be billed for a full paying subscription to Match.com. Your free 7-day Trial to Match.com allowing access to all site features will begin immediately upon approval by Match.com of the above information. Match.com reserves the right to refuse any Subscription for any reason. Redemption of the Trial must be completed no earlier than August 7, 2002 and no later than Friday, December 31, 2010. Limit to one Trial per person while supplies last. Any attempt by a person to redeem more than one Trial shall subject such subsequent Trials to disqualification.

ELIGIBILITY. Eligibility is limited to non-subscribers of Match.com.

CONFIDENTIALITY. All information supplied by you to Match.com during the completion of the registration and subscription forms is subject to the privacy protection described on the Match.com web site, located at www.match.com.

BILLING UPON EXPIRATION. Upon the completion of your Trial period you will be automatically billed for a full paying subscription to Match.com on the 8th day at a rate consistent with your Subscription package selection. You will be automatically renewed on a monthly basis thereafter until you submit your resignation.

HOW TO RESIGN. In order to avoid any payments to Match.com you must resign your Trial no later than the 7th day of activation by logging into www.match.com, selecting account settings and clicking on Resignation and following the instructions.

TERMS OF MEMBERSHIP. Your Trial is subject to all the terms and conditions on the Match.com site. Please review those terms and conditions by going to www.match.com.
